The Hills Reliance NX security alarm  control panel represents a new approach to security system design. Hills R8/NX8 Alarm System

Hills R8 system has the capacity of eight zones and it is used for small to average homes and businesses.

The R8/NX8 can provide 8 wired or 8 wireless with a total of  8 Alarm devices in total (For example: 4 Security alarm motion detectors, 2 security window/door reeds and 2 smoke detectors) The The Hills Reliance R8/NX8 alarm can be programmed to have  a stay mode and an armed mode.

In a business application, the 'stay' area is programmable for after business hours invasion protection. This means that if for example, if someone is working back late after hours, the alarm will  go into alarm if opened outside of the programmed hours. The R8/NX8 has two separate areas so you can partition the alarm system and control the two areas independently.

The R8/NX8 can also have access control incorporated with business alarm by installing extra output and proximity card modules.

The R8/NX8 alarm kits  comes with a  siren/strobe and 2 x Optex Pet friendly security motion detectors . • Self Dialling :  Enables the panel to call your mobile phone when there is an alarm. When you answer you will hear here a siren if you don't acknowledge the alarm, the system will call the next mobile number programmed. A maximum of 3 numbers called.
• Adding a Hills Comnav Integration Module:  Via an app for Android and iPhone you can control your alarm system, arm/disarm /inspect zones etc
